Las Vegas Themed Party Game/activity Ideas?

My work Christmas party will have a Las Vegas theme. I expect about 100-150 guests to come. Are there any games or activities we can do that everyone or a large amount of people can play? I think poker tables and renting gambling equipment may be out of the question. Let me know if you have any ideas!! Thanks =)
