Should I Go To A Different Party?

My husband is going duck hunting for the halloween weekend.
He does not want me going to a college party because I’m so much older and he said I would be considered a cougar. I’m not chasing them they are chasing me.
Since he is going to be gone and he does not want me going to a college party do you think I should go to a party with people my age.
I really do not want to sit home alone while he is with his friends in some cabin somewhere drinking and playing poker.
I mean he has his fun and I don’t get to?
I still have a French Maid outfit my husband bought for me and this group has never seen it.
I don’t think I need to be hid at home while I still look good.
If he wants me to stay home don’t you think he should be home taking care of his homework?
Should I go to a different party?

Company Party? Too Much To Drink?

I went to my husband’s company party on Sat night. I was pretty nervous, but everyone was really nice and we were all having a couple drinks together. I got along really well with one of his friend’s wives, they had poker tables so we played and had some drinks. I was by no means drunk, but I was definitely buzzed. I feel really dumb now. My husband said I didn’t say or do anything wrong and the ONLY way he even knew i was buzzed is that I was more chatty than usual, but that that wasn’t a bad thing because I got along with everyone really well.
Should I be embarrassed? do you have any stories from your company parties?

A Couple Decided To Go To A Halloween Party… (adult) Star?

The wife got a terrible headache and told her husband to go to the Halloween party alone.
He, being a devoted husband, protested, but she argued and said she was going to take some aspirin and go to bed and there was no need for his good time to be spoiled by not going. So he took his costume and away he went… The wife, after sleeping soundly for about an hour, woke without pain and as it was still early, decided go to the party.
As her husband didn’t know what her costume was, she thought she would have some fun by watching her husband to see how he acted when she was not with him. So she joined the party and soon spotted her husband in his costume, cavorting around on the dance floor, dancing with every nice “chick” he could and copping a little feel here and a little kiss there.
His wife went up to him and being a rather seductive babe herself, he left his new partner high and dry and devoted his time to her. She let him go as far as he wished, naturally, since he was her husband.
After more drinks he finally whispered a little proposition in her ear and she agreed, so off they went into the house, then to the basement and made passionate love on the washer, then on the dryer.
Just before unmasking at midnight, she slipped away and went home and put the costume away and got into bed, wondering what kind of explanation he would make up for his outrageous behavior.
She was sitting up reading when he came in, so she asked what kind of time he had. “Oh, the same old thing. You know I never have a good time when you’re not there.” Then she asked, “Did you dance much?”
He replied, I’ll tell you, I never even danced one song. When I got there, I met Pete, Bill Brown and some other guys, so we went into the spare room and played poker all evening.” You must have looked really silly wearing that costume playing poker all night!” she said with unashamed sarcasm. To which the husband replied, “Actually, I gave my costume to your brother, apparently he had the time of his life.

Fun Things To Do At A Party?

I’m having a high school graduation party for my friends only in a few weeks. Kind of late, I know. But its like the week before everyone leaves so I picked that date.
I’m going to have a lot of food. Pizza, funnel cakes (hopefully), chicken on a stick, lots of chips and pretzels.
I have a pool, but most of my yard is going to be filled with tables and chairs, so I can’t set up a beach volleyball net or something.
Would playing poker with chips in your school colors be fun?
They could play real poker if they wanted to, but if they sat at that table they could also just play for fun with chips.
I also have a Wii, but only two remotes. So I’m going to hook that up to my big screen in the living room which has a door to outside. I’m going to put in Wii play since that’s only 2 players.
I have a lot of board games, which I play with my friends a lot, but IDK if that would be fun at a grad party.
I need some other ideas though. There’s no theme. Just our school colors.

Surprise 21st Birthday Party? Ideas?

my husband is turning 21 this year and i was thinking about throwing him a surprise birthday party. He loves people/parties, but I don’t know if I should surprise him or just let him do the planning. I would have it the saturday before his birthday. It could be held in our house.
If you think this is a good idea do you think i should plan any games or activities? Should I have it at the house? Should I decorate the house? should i do food or just snacks? should i do a theme?
i have planned 4 surprise parties but was always for my little sibblings… haha ALOT younger than 21. What do you think is a must and a DONT for this age???

Teen Party?

Ok, so I’m having my 14th birthday party. They’ll be about 40 guests, guys and girls. It’s casino themed so we’re going to be playing like poker, and blackjack and stuff. I figure we’ll do that for like an hour, but my party is 4 hours. For the last 45 min or hour we’re going to have a big camfire with s’mores and stuff, but Idk what we can do in between to not get bored. I can buy SOME stuff thats not super expensive, and we are at my house in my backyard. WE have a playground and a huge field right next to my house. any ideas??

Party Activity Activities?

If I get to have a seven deadly sins party (I’m hoping for the week before Halloween so as not to conflict w/other parties on that actual day since it’s on a Friday) I want some idea for activites based on each sin. Nothing too obvious please, though the idea of playing Monopoly or poker (w/fake money and chips) has occured to me (greed) and pie or donut eating for gluttony seems like agood idea. I mean an activity based on sloth–that sounds like a contradiction. What could I do for lust besides obvious stuff? And what about pride, envy, and wrath? I will also need decoration and food ideas. And I will have everyone come as one or more of the sins.
